RETURN POLICY

All items can be returned, exchanged, or refunded by oktaviachair.dk within 14 days of receipt.

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received. Returns and exchanges are at your own expense and risk, and must be handled by you.

Please contact us at info@oktaviachair.dk with your order number and reason for the return.

Before sending the item back, we will provide you with return instructions.

Once we have received and inspected the returned items to ensure they meet our return conditions, we will credit the amount to the card used for the purchase.

A full refund requires that the items are returned in the same condition as when you received your order.

Please note that any costs associated with the return shipment are your responsibility. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
