Shipping and Delivery
All items are shipped from Denmark and can be sent to selected countries within and outside Europe. Shipping costs will be shown in the order confirmation before you complete payment.
For orders within Denmark, a shipping fee of 83 DKK applies to cover delivery costs. We ship via GLS (private delivery).
For orders shipped to other countries, fees vary depending on the destination. We generally ship with GLS.
Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility (where applicable). See country-specific shipping costs below:

All orders within Denmark will be delivered within 4 business days from receipt of your order. Orders shipped outside Denmark will be delivered within 12 business days from order receipt.
We always pack carefully to minimize the risk of damage.
In case of delays caused by the shipping company, OktaviaChair.dk cannot be held responsible. Please check the contents upon delivery. If the package or its contents are damaged upon arrival, report this immediately to the shipping company, or no later than two days after receipt. OktaviaChair.dk is not responsible for items damaged during transport.
