To purchase items on OktaviaChair.dk, you must provide your personal and payment information. After selecting the items you wish to buy, you may proceed to checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Payment will be charged to your card when your order ships.

OktaviaChair.dk reserves the right to change product prices. Prices at the time of order placement are valid for that transaction.
We are not responsible for currency fluctuations or exchange rates applied by banks converting EUR to other currencies.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order at our discretion.
These restrictions may apply to orders made with the same account, credit card, and/or billing or shipping address. If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via email or phone.
We reserve the right to refuse orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

Section 5 – Payment Methods
We accept the following cards: VISA/DANKORT, VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Prices are shown in DKK & EUR and include 25% Danish VAT or local VAT where applicable.
Section 6 – Customs and Taxes/VAT
Orders from EU countries are charged Danish VAT but no customs duties per free movement regulations.
Orders from outside the EU may incur local taxes and duties which are your responsibility. Danish VAT will be deducted in these cases.
Carriers will contact you regarding taxes and duties, which may delay delivery.
You are responsible for contacting the carrier and paying any additional charges.
